									<h2>preparazione:</h2><ol><li>Preriscaldare il forno a 180°. Ungere le formine e cospargerle di farina (se utilizzate stampi di silicone o dei pirottini in carta, non serve)</li><li>In una ciotola unire le uova, lo iogurt e il burro ammorbidito. Sbattere fino ad avere una crema. Aggiungere quindi gli ingredienti secchi: farina, lievito e zucchero. Mescolare fino a quando non si sono bene amalgamati. Versare l’impasto nelle formine facendo attenzione a riempirle solo fino a due cm dal bordo.</li><li>Mettere le more di gelso in una ciotola, cospargere con un cucchiaio di farina e avvolgere delicatamente per evitare di schiacciarle. Distribuirle nelle formine (circa 7 per ogni muffin) e aiutarle a sprofondare parzialmente nell&#8217;impasto, con l&#8217;auto del manico di un cucchiaino. Cospargere di zucchero bianco.</li><li>Infornare per 15 minuti circa. Controllare la cottura, togliere dal forno e lasciare raffreddare.</li></ol>								</div>

									<h2>preparazione:</h2><ol><li>sbollentare le foglie di ortica, previamente lavate, in acqua salata per dieci minuti. Scollarle, strizzarle e tagliarle finemente</li><li>dividere la melanzana in due, per il lungo, svuotare le due metà con l’aiuto di un coltellino o di un cucchiaio, facendo attenzione a lasciare un mezzo centimetro di polpa. Tenere da parte l’interno.</li><li>salare e versare sulla lunghezza, nella parte concava, un filo d’olio. Infornare a 180 gradi per 10 minuti dopodiché togliere dal forno e lasciare raffreddare</li><li>nel frattempo, tritare la cipolla e lo spicchio d’aglio e, in una padella, con un filo di olio di oliva, fare imbiondire insieme alla foglia di alloro</li><li>aggiungerla la melanzana tagliata a dadini e dopo qualche minuto unire il macinato, salare e pepare</li><li>a metà cottura, aggiungere le foglie di ortica</li><li>quando il macinato sarà cotto e asciutto, toglierlo dal fuoco, eliminare la foglia di alloro e, se si ha scelto la versione con il parmigiano, unirlo.</li><li>farcire le metà della melanzana con il macinato e, se si ha scelto la versione con il formaggio fondente, adagiare sopra le fettine di formaggio</li><li>infornare per 10 minuti o finché la melanzana risulte cotta</li><li>servire</li></ol>								</div>

									<h2>preparazione</h2><p>1- Lavare i fiori di sambuco velocemente e delicatamente in acqua fredda.</p><p>2- Lavare accuratamente i limoni, sotto l’acqua corrente fredda spazzolando delicatamente la buccia e tagliarli a fettine, eliminando le estremità.</p><p>3- In una ciotola, pentola di acciaio o in un vaso capiente, mettere i fiori alternando con le fettine di limone. Premere leggermente, spargere sopra lo zucchero e coprire con il litro d’acqua. Coprire e lasciare macerare il tutto per circa due giorni, in un luogo fresco o in frigo.</p><p>4- Trascorso il tempo necessario, filtrare.</p><p>5- Personalmente mi fermo qui ma, se preferite, potete fare bollire il liquido ottenuto per 5 minuti.</p><p>6 – Conservare lo sciroppo in frigo.</p>								</div>

									<h2>Idea</h2><p>con le fettine di limone, prive di semi e tagliate sottili, un bicchierino dello sciroppo e dell’altro zucchero, potete preparare una deliziosa marmellata.</p><p>Lo sciroppo di Sambuco lo utilizzo in diverse preparazioni:</p><p>&#8211; come bevanda dissetante: aggiungendo due o tre cucchiai a un bicchiere di acqua ghiacciata</p><p>&#8211; come aperitivo: mezza tazzina da caffè mescolato a un bicchiere di vino frizzante</p><p>&#8211; nelle torte (in una vecchia ricetta di una torta all’arancia lasciatami da mia nonna, sostituisco il succo di arancia con la stessa quantità di sciroppo, riducendo appena la quantità di zucchero)</p>								</div>
